The Unicorn Group was formed in 2002 to address the pent up demand of small to medium-size businesses looking to market their disruptive product or service to key decision makers.
Over the years we’ve helped dozens of entrepreneurs scale their businesses by driving effective business development solutions. As our reputation grew we attracted traditional blue chip small to medium size businesses who wanted a consulting firm that can get them in front of Fortune 1000 decision makers. In addition they requested support in the areas of coaching to raise much needed institutional capital. We pride ourselves on delivering the “secret sauce” for over 70 successful clients.
Over the years we’ve continued to grow by word of mouth as our clients look to us as their ‘trusted advisors’ on a range of business development challenges.
During the Federal government shut down, we began to receive referrals to expand our service offerings to government contractors who in an uncertain business climate, needed to shore up coveted executive relationships in government, transition to a blended commercial/government customer mix, or raise capital to stave off the possibilities of downsizing.
In 2014 we continue to listen to the needs of our valued clients. We’ve added key professionals to our team to offer additional services including Human Capital, Sales Training, and International Marketing services. In addition we’ve expanded our client roster to include Fortune 1000 companies who want the “Unicorn Experience” to improve their executive level business development outcomes.
