John Aggrey, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr.
Aggrey has spent many years in the technology sector and is responsible
for the long range strategic plans of the company. Previous experiences
include serving in a Vice President or Director position for several
companies including Edgewater Technology. Inc., a publicly traded
premium IT services company; B2e markets, a strategic sourcing software
company which was acquired by VerticalNet; and KnowledgeMax, Inc. an
eLearning corporate training company. Mr. Aggrey's experience as an
entrepreneur also includes serving as the Founder and CEO of
Serious2Learn, a streaming media corporate portal which was acquired by
KnowledgeMax, Inc. in 2001.

Marc F. Benson, Managing Director
Marc
Benson's career is anchored by three extended tours of duty; corporate,
entrepreneurial and venture capital. Early in his career he spent
eleven years with AMF, Incorporated, where his responsibilities spanned
financial, sales, marketing and international functions, culminating in
the Managing Directorship of one of AMF's European divisions. He
subsequently joined and later led the leveraged buy-out of Independent
Products Company, a manufacturer of injection-molded housewares, where
he served as CEO for four years before selling the company to publicly
traded Selfix, Inc. Marc joined MAVF as a partner in 1992 and opened
the firm's Northern Virginia office in 1996. He has funded more than
twenty-five startup and early stage ventures including Visual Networks,
NET2000 Communications, Sequoia Software and Wisor Telecom. He holds a
B.A. degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Richard Waugh, Managing Director
Prior
to joining Unicorn, Mr. Waugh served as Vice President of Supply
Management Research for Aberdeen Group where he lead the organization
in pioneered ground-breaking market research into global adoption of On
Demand delivery models and Best Practices in Advanced Sourcing.
Prior
to his time at Aberdeen Mr. Waugh was the Co-founder of B2e Markets,
Inc., a leading provider of Strategic Sourcing software and services to
the Global 1000, acquired by Verticalnet (VERT) in July 2004. During
his tenure the company raised $60M in venture funding from CIBR,
Friedman, Billings & Ramsey, Accenture Ventures and others. Company
generated over $10M in annual revenue from over 50 Global 1000 clients.
Prior
to B2e Markets Mr. Waugh spent over 17 years at General Electric
serving in many management roles within the organization.

Robert Lawrence, Ph.D, Managing Director
Prior
to joining The Unicorn Group, Dr. Lawrence was the Chief Technology
Officer at BAE Systems Inc where he provided senior leadership and
direction across a broad set of technical and business projects. He has
extensive experience in system engineering, technical management,
program management, and business development. He has expertise in
communication, radar, and combat systems; signal processing; system
architecture; and has specialized in technology development and
management. Before joining BAE Systems, Dr. Lawrence was the chief
engineer of MITRE’s Navy Division and was the founding Director of
their Signal Processing Center. Dr. Lawrence started his career at Bell
Laboratories after receiving his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has over thirty continuing
education credits. He attended the NATO International Summer School for
Advanced Study, was an associate professor with two local universities,
and taught at the undergraduate and graduate level. He was one of the
founding members of the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium
(NCOIC) where he led much of the technical effort and was a member of
the executive committee. He is a past member of the MILCOM Board of
Directors and previously was technical program chairman. Dr. Lawrence
is a past member of the Washington AFCEA Board of Directors and was the
technical chairman of the AFCEA Spring Symposium on Information
Security. He also has had the pleasure of supporting both the Army
Science Board and the Naval Studies Board.

Rick Luebkemann, Managing Director
Prior
to joining The Unicorn Group, Rick Luebkemann served as Chief
Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology for an e-commerce
firm focused on information delivery and corporate knowledge
management. Prior to that Mr. Luebkemann founded and managed a
thirty-five person $11M business unit that provides client/server
applications and professional services in the electronic document
management, workflow, and imaging arenas of the pharmaceutical and
healthcare markets. This organization became the largest and most
profitable vertical business unit within the parent firm. Prior to that
Mr. Luebkemann led the acquisition and overall program management of a
large-scale, distributed information delivery project for the world's
largest aircraft manufacturer. The system made available the
manufacturing standards documents (which are subject to FAA regulation)
to authorized users of all levels designers to engineers to plant floor
technicians to mechanics. Operating as both an authoring/editorial and
document delivery system, this truly ‘mission critical' system was
accessible on virtually every hardware and operating system platform
used world-wide by over 50,000 employees, suppliers, and clients.

Lauri Rodich, Managing Director
Lauri Rodich is a Managing Director. Prior to joining The Unicorn Group, Ms. Rodich was a Partner and Director of Business Development for Rose Financial, a large accounting outsourcing firm in the DC area. She began her career at ARA Services Magazine and Book Division before moving to contract administration for the Universal Studios’ Licensing Division. She has an MBA from Pepperdine University and received her undergraduate degree from California State University at Northridge. Ms. Rodich currently serves on several committees for the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
